CJ Bollandシージェイ・ボーランド
90年代前半のトランス・テクノ全盛期に突出した才能を発揮し、シーンを大いに盛り上げたベルギー出身のCJボーランド。90年に「Ravesignal Vol.1」でデビューを果たし、92年に１stアルバム『The 4th Sine』を発表。これらの作品でトランス・テクノ・ブームにさらなる激震を与えた彼は、ロバート・ライナーと共に、当時テクノ・シーンの頂点に君臨した＜R&S＞レーベルの看板アーティストとなった。そして、Cee Jay、Sonic Solution名義でも多数の傑作をリリース。疾走感溢れるトランシーなサウンドは、まさにレイヴの時代を象徴していたのである。
96年には『レインボー2000』で初来日を果たし、秀逸なDJプレイを披露した。——ツラもナイス！
